Employee Performance
- In various labour market conditions, the individual contribution of each employee comes under the spotlight and many business owners and managers do not have quality time to promptly address staff issues. We support business owners in complying with the requirements of the Employment Relations Act 2000 whilst ensuring the commercial imperatives of the business remain on track. Our experience shows that while managers want to do the right thing, they often lack the confidence to back themselves to manage employee performance effectively. Our role is to coach and develop managers to ensure all parties are treated fairly and the right outcome is achieved.
